Workplans: A Program Management Tool
Monitoring Program: Progress Report

The final component of the workplan is the progress report. Typically, it is developed after the workplan has been implemented for a few months. That way, you can assess your progress and make any necessary workplan revisions.

The four elements of a progress report are—

  1. Significant accomplishments to date.
  2. Major problems encountered.
  3. Strategies for problem solving.
  4. Workplan revisions needed.

The progress report also can be used as a communication tool with your CDC Project Officer or internally with staff. It is available in PDF format (PDF-128KB).

Next, we'll summarize what we have learned.
