User Access

All Versions of eMaRC Plus

How is user access managed?

User accounts are created and managed under “Administration” once logged into eMaRC. Instructions can be found in the user guide for ePath or physician. Upon initial launch of the program, you will be prompted to enter the default User ID/password to log into the application. Once you have logged into the application, you will need to create a users' account for yourself. Make sure you give proper Roles to each new user.

Is eMaRC Plus compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8.x?

However eMaRC Plus 9.x is fully compatible for Windows 7, Windows 8.x, there is no plan to support these versions. We won't be resolving issue associated with these versions.

Is eMaRC Plus compatible with Windows 10 or 11, Windows Server 2016 or newer?

eMaRC Plus 9.x is fully compatible for Windows 10 or 11, Windows Server 2016 or newer.

What are the System Requirements?

The minimum hardware requirements are the same as those of the Microsoft Windows operating system used.

Can I install eMaRC Plus under virtual desktop environment like Citrix, Microsoft Remote RD, VMWare?

Yes, in fact we recommend one of these method whenever applicable/possible. Virtual environment is much easier and less time consuming when support is needed.
