Guide to State Implementation of ICD-10 for Mortality


This document, oriented to state vital statistics staff, provides
a general background to ICD-10, and a step-by-step description of
key tasks involved in state implementation includingtabulating the
data, developing computer edits, comparability, computer
applications and software, instruction manuals, and training.
