MICAR Quick Reference Guide

The Instruction is also available in pdf format on the
ftp server.

The basic purpose of this manual is to provide a guide in
entering data from the death certificate for MICAR.  The
Instruction Manual is comprised of a single Wordperfect file
that has been compressed into the file 2IMANUAL.ZIP (303,356
bytes).  Uncompressed, the Wordperfect 6.1 file is 671,115
bytes in size.
