Read Me File for ICD-10 Super-MICAR Input Record Format, Super-MICAR System Manager's Manual, and Super-MICAR User's Guide The Super-MICAR Input Record Format document presents the ICD-10 record format for input importing demographic (and medical) data into Super-MICAR. The pdf version of this document, SMICIN.PDF, is 14 KB in size. The Super-MICAR System Manager's Manual is intended for System Managers. It contains instructions on using those functions of Super-MICAR necessary to the overall data entry process, as well as installation and file management information. The manual, SSYSTEM.PDF, is comprised of a pdf file (237 KB). The Super-MICAR User's Guide is intended for data entry and data processing personnel. It contains instructions on using Super-MICAR to enter cause-of-death information and to process that information, including reject processing.
