ICD-9 Volume 1, Modified for US Purposes

This document includes a modified version of Volume 1 of the International Classification
of Diseases, Ninth Revision (ICD-9).  The full version of this volume is no longer available
in print.  This version has been modified to more appropriately reflect US mortality use.

 The ICD-9 Volume 1 is located in:

Two versions are available (one in Wordperfect, and a second, in ASCII) on the ftp server for
downloading.  The file names and sizes are:
