Read Me File for ICD-10 MICAR200 Input Record Format and the PC-MICAR 100/200 System
Manager's Manual and User's Guide
                  

The ICD-10 MICAR200 Input Record Format document presents the ICD-10 record format for
MICAR200 input to process with MICAR200 (rules application program) when data entry and
assignment of ERN's is completed without using Super-MICAR or PC-MICAR
Data Entry.  The pdf version of this document, MIC200IN.PDF, is 12 KB in size.  

The PC-MICAR 100/200 System Manager's Manual and User's Guide is intended for anyone who
will be using the PC version of MICAR100 and MICAR200.  Instructions for installation as well
as running MICAR100 and MICAR200 have been included for convenience.  The user's guide
part of the manual contains instructions on the day-to-day uses of MICAR100/200. The manual is
comprised of a pdf file (198 KB).
